This is a wellness workshop called The Mind Body Connection, for those who are seeking alternative ways to relax and re-energize. In this workshop, we will explore various stress-reduction topics such as nutrition, sleep, exercise, coloring mandalas, reiki, and guided-imagery meditations. This workshop will focus on educating students, faculty, and staff on the importance of managing daily stress more effectively.
