PCDI Priorities - 2018/2019 

For the 2018/2019 academic year, the President’s Council for Diversity and Inclusion will focus on the following four priorities:

  1. Establish a proactive approach to increasing cross-cultural and racial diversity within our faculty, staff, and administration (recruitment/retention/outreach)

  2. Further develop learning goals that are inclusive of equity and diversity (faculty/curriculum/general education)

  3. Facilitate relevant and critical conversations that focus on racial equity and inclusion (professional development)

  4. Conduct an audit of all of the college’s written material for implicit bias (project-based)
