Qigong

Therapeutic or medical Qigong is a form that includes structured, well-designed physical movements that exercise the whole body.  Breath control, slow stretching, and self-massage cultivate internal Qi and blood circulation in the organs and other body parts to improve health and eliminate illness.

About Our Instructor:
Susan Andrea is an experienced Qigong teacher. She teaches Qigong to diverse populations in all age groups. She holds a certification in Qigong, Hatha yoga, Yin yoga, Reiki, and Shambala. She enjoys bringing accessible Qigong to the public as a health and spiritual practice and guides her students of all levels with grace, warmth and humor.
