Yoga is a series of gentle stretching and breathing techniques. These series of poses (asana) can be done on a chair or on a mat. These poses stretch the muscles in the body while increasing flexibility in the joints. Yoga creates relaxation, pain relief and easing of depression and anxiety and improving the quality of life.
